Illinois Secretary of State - Naperville

Don't expect reasonable treatment at this office.  My experience with the people here are that while some are very friendly, they are unmotivated, career governmental employees.  A recent exchange with one employee who was exhibiting zero responsibility for example included him telling me, "In my 21 years here, it never occured to me to wonder if a request was reasonable or not...I just send in the paperwork, I don't really care what happens from there"

Boyer Rosene is a large Bekins Van Lines agent. I have used them several times both for office moves for my business, for my own local move, and when I moved my parents out of state. Movers generally get a bad rap, usually for good reason because prices change, things get broken, and trucks arrive late. Not with Boyer Rosene. They've never let me down and have always been professional and good to deal with. A+

Forever 21

Watch out for the customer service at this store. My wife went to Forever 21 in Aurora to buy a gift card for her friend's birthday. They swiped her credit card but couldn't get the gift card to register. Despite several tries they said it wouldn't work and not to worry her card wouldn't be charged. Of course it was, and it took several very unempowered employees 3 separate trips to get credited back. They claimed that the store has a no return policy and couldn't process a credit - it had to be handled by the home office. Nice customer service - NOT. Grade = D.
